We’ve been working in the habit formation space since 2019. What started as conversations with people struggling to build consistency evolved into something bigger — a structured approach to self-discipline that actually works because it’s designed around how humans actually change.
Momentum Habit Canada Ltd emerged from a simple observation: most people don’t need motivation or willpower. They’re drowning in that already. What they need is a framework that reduces friction and makes the right choice the easy choice. That’s what we build.
We’re not interested in quick fixes or the kind of change that lasts three weeks. Our methods are built for people who want to understand their own patterns, challenge their assumptions, and develop genuine behavioral resilience. That means some work, but it means real results.
Today, we’ve guided over 2,800 individuals through structured habit transformation programs. We’ve trained coaches, consulted with organizations, and continuously refined our approach based on what we learn from each person who works with us.
